Current: Senior Scientist Sustainable Process & Energy Systems @ TNO, Delft, the Netherlands, working primarily on plastics recycling technology by solvent-based recycling (dissolution, solvolysis). In parallel, responsible for the Product-Market combination (PMC) dealing with solvent-based recycling, as well as knowledge responsible for sub-proposition Plastics Recycling Technologies & System Solutions (PRT&SS). Previous research topics include compact energy storage technologies, and program manager Energy storage for the TNO theme "Buildings, Infrastructure and Maritime". Past job: Researcher Physical Organic Chemistry, Wageningen University, Wageningen, the Netherlands. I am a convincing strategic scientist, knowledge manager and program manager with strong analytical and communication skills. Through research and development of new technologies I want to inform and enable people/companies/government to choose the right (sustainable) solutions instead of leaving the existing resources (a.o. energy, waste materials) unused. I want to develop myself and enhance my knowledge and know-how in the areas of materials science (chemistry, physics), recycling, renewable energy, and renewable energy storage, as well as in the area of strategic program- and knowledge management, and I want to reach out into the scientific and professional world to disseminate this knowledge as widely as possible amongst the people interested. I realize this through scientific research and through utilizing my broad network for acquisition chances, project meetings and conferences
